Choosing your degree

You may know the degree you want to study already, so select the course fromÌýour undergraduate course list. If you don’t know what you want to do, scroll through and see what grabs your attention. It'll feel like you're choosing your future, so start your research early.Ìý

If you're still uncertain, ask yourself three simple questions:

  1. What's my favourite subject, the one I really enjoy?ÌýYou're going to be studying for four years, so you need to like what you’re doing.

  2. What am I particularly good at?ÌýOften the same answer as the one above. If you enjoy something, you’ll work harder.

  3. What kind of career do I want? This is probably the hardest one but think carefully. Write a list of your favourite activities, interests andÌýhobbies. The answersÌýwill help you decide onÌýa career.Ìý
